Presence and care meet possibility and belonging.

My Approach

A woman smiling with dark hair pulled back, wearing gold earrings and a light gray sweater, standing next to a white wall.

I work relationally.

I view healing as something that happens in the relationship between clients and their therapist. The way we relate to others shapes how we feel about ourselves and the world, and being met with consistent safety, care, and understanding helps build trust, opening the door to new insight and lasting change.

We journey together.

You’re the expert on you. I take a collaborative approach and join you where you’re at.

Even when we feel stuck in familiar, possibly unwanted cycles, change is occurring. Together, we slow down to examine what is present. Patterns that show up in your life may show up between us, giving us a live, safe place to notice them with curiosity rather than judgment.

With repetition comes understanding.

Sessions often involve deepening self awareness through exploring past and present patterns, gently discerning what continues to serve you, and choosing what you may be ready to release. We listen for what a past or current part of you is needing, and what hopes or desires are emerging. If helpful, we may incorporate physical awareness, grounding, or mindfulness practices to support nervous system regulation and create new ways of responding. Slowly, over time, this repeated practice rewires the brain and body toward felt safety, restoring mental clarity, emotional awareness, and agency.

Getting Started

I offer a complimentary, informal, fifteen minute consultation call for us to explore whether we’re a good fit for each other.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an opening session for you to share the big picture of what feels important about your life so far.

How often we see each other is up to you! Many people choose to attend weekly therapy sessions, although you may decide to meet more or less frequently.
